Does this extender support keyboard and mouse control?
Yes. It features USB HID pass-through, allowing you to connect a keyboard and mouse to the receiver (RX) and control the source PC connected to the transmitter (TX) via a USB cable.
What is the maximum transmission distance?
Over a single CAT6 cable, it supports up to 100m at 1080P@60Hz or 70m at 4K@60Hz. Using pure copper CAT6 or higher specification cable is recommended for stable performance.
Do I need to connect power to both ends?
Yes. This model comes with two independent power adapters (DC 12V). Both the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) need to be connected to a power source for stable operation. (Note: It does not support POC single-side power).
Does it support HDMI local loop-out?
Yes. The transmitter features an HDMI local loop-out port, allowing you to connect a local monitor near the source PC for real-time monitoring.
How do I use the EDID button?
If the display has no image, distorted colors, or is not full-screen, connect the display to the TX's HDMI OUT port, power on the TX, and long-press the EDID button until the OUT indicator flashes for 5 seconds. Then, power cycle the TX.
