Introduction

If you work in AV integration or IT system deployment, you may already be familiar with a common KVM extension setup: one transmitter connects to one or multiple receivers through a network switch.

But what happens when you need to deploy 3, 5, or even more KVM extender pairs on the same network?

For example, Transmitter A needs to communicate with Receiver A, while Transmitter B communicates with Receiver B, with each pair operating independently. How can multiple KVM connections share the same network without interfering with each other?

ORIVISION has a practical solution.

The new KVM 4K30 HDMI Network Extender (Model: ZY-CKH543) features a convenient DIP switch pairing function, allowing multiple KVM transmitter and receiver pairs to operate independently over the same Gigabit network switch — without the need for dedicated pairing software.

Both the transmitter and receiver are equipped with DIP switches supporting multiple group IDs. Simply set the transmitter and receiver in the same group to the same ID, such as 1-1, 12-12, 123-123, 1234-1234, or 12345-12345, and the corresponding pair can be connected.

Need to change the pairing? Simply adjust the DIP switches and power cycle the two units.

This hardware-based pairing method makes multi-device deployment easier to configure, manage, and maintain.

KVM 4K30 HD HDMI Network Extender

ORIVISION deeply understands the core demands of long-distance AV transmission and device management. Drawing on years of expertise in the AV transmission field, we present the all-new generation KVM 4K30 HD HDMI Network Extender.

Purpose-built for long-distance device control scenarios, a single network cable transmits up to 120 meters, delivering 4K Ultra HD HDMI video (up to 3840×2160@30Hz), keyboard and mouse control, audio and microphone signals, USB peripherals, and RS232 serial data — all through one cable to the remote end. In simple terms: operate your computer from 120 meters away as if you were sitting right in front of it.

The receiver comes with 4 built-in USB ports for plug-and-play connection of keyboards, mice, USB drives, printers, barcode scanners, and other USB 2.0 devices — no extra hubs needed. Remote power on/off support lets you start or shut down a server room PC with a single press from your desk. The newly added DIP switch pairing supports multiple group IDs for one-to-one transmission, keeping multi-device deployments clean and organized.

Provides a reliable AV transmission infrastructure for IT operations, surveillance and security, industrial control, conference systems, and other long-distance device management scenarios.

Key Features of the ZY-CKH543

Multi-Group One-to-One Pairing

Five DIP bit positions can be freely combined. Simply set the transmitter and receiver to the same number and they pair automatically. IDs can be flexibly configured to match different deployment scales — each ID creates an independent channel with zero crosstalk between groups. Need to regroup? Toggle the switches and power cycle. On-site deployment made crystal clear.

KVM Extension Management

Provides 120m KVM remote control, with 4 USB 2.0 ports for connecting keyboards, mice, cameras, USB drives, and other peripherals — giving you full access to and control over your host PC from a distance. Whatever needs to be done, handle it all remotely. High-speed ASIC technology ensures near-zero latency, making it ideal for real-time monitoring and management in control centers, traffic command centers, and similar environments.

4K@30Hz Ultra HD — Audio & Video in Sync

Stunning clarity, fully immersive. HDMI 1.4 output supports up to 3840×2160@30Hz Ultra HD resolution, with 225MHz pixel bandwidth and 5.97Gbps total bandwidth for detailed, lossless image transmission. Audio and video are delivered in sync — every frame faithfully reproduced on the big screen as if you were there in person.

Typical Application Scenarios

This product is widely applicable to IT operations, surveillance and security, industrial control, conference and training rooms, retail and checkout systems, warehousing and logistics, medical imaging, education and teaching, exhibition halls, and many other scenarios — helping customers achieve long-distance device management and efficient signal transmission.

IT Server Rooms

Servers can remain centralized in the server room while operators remotely access and control them using a display, keyboard, and mouse. Remote power control can also simplify routine maintenance.

Surveillance and Security Centers

Monitoring hosts can be installed in a centralized equipment room, while video and control signals are extended to a remote control center through the network.

This supports centralized equipment management while helping maintain a cleaner cabling environment.

Industrial Control and Equipment Debugging

RS232 pass-through enables remote communication with PLCs, serial HMIs, and other industrial equipment. Technicians can perform remote debugging and control without needing to work directly next to equipment in noisy or high-temperature environments.

Other Professional Applications

The extender can also be used in conference rooms, training rooms, retail and checkout systems, warehousing and logistics, medical imaging, education, exhibition halls, and other environments requiring long-distance computer access and signal transmission.
