Jak aktualizovat firmware

Pokud jste si zakoupili naše produkty a chcete zkontrolovat nejnovější firmware, napište prosím na adresu support@orivision.cn

1. Sdělte nám model vašeho produktu

2. Kdy a kde jsi to koupil?

3. Je lepší přiložit screenshoty vaší sestavy nebo video, které nám ukáže problémy, se kterými jste se setkali.

Po obdržení vašeho e-mailu vám náš tým podpory odpoví do 48 hodin. Pokud chcete dostat odpověď co nejdříve, můžete najít naši kontaktní stránku, kde můžete kontaktovat náš prodej, abychom vám pomohli.

Pokud získáte nejnovější firmware. Možná budete muset provést upgrade kodéru podle níže uvedených kroků.

Krok 1: Stáhněte si soubor .rar, soubor nerozbalujte

Krok 2: Přihlaste se do webového uživatelského rozhraní kodéru a klikněte na tlačítko Systém.

Krok 3: Nahrajte soubor .rar a poté klikněte na tlačítko Upgrade.

Krok 4: Restartujte kodér a dokončete instalaci aktualizací.

Běžné důvody neúspěšných upgradů

1. Některé neočekávané faktory, příčina není známa

2. Zatížení kodéru je vysoké, můžete odpojit zdroj signálu a poté znovu aktualizovat

3. Některé speciální zásady firewallů nebo prohlížečů (nejen Chrome nebo Edge)

Pokud se zobrazí výzva, že se upgrade po upgradu nezdařil. Můžete zkusit tento krok:

1. Neresetujte kodér přímo

2. Kodér můžete restartovat ze systémové stránky na ovládacím webu nebo odpojit napájecí kabel a znovu připojit napájení, restartovat kodér.

3. Zaškrtnutím vymažete mezipaměť prohlížeče
